Introduction
Steel Sheet Cut to Length Line Machine is used to cut cold-rolled steel, coil plates, stainless steels, galvanized steel plate color into length-gauged plates. Fully automatically controlled by PLC control system, the steel sheet cut to length line machine is composed of hydraulic coil-loading car, uncoiler, hydraulic support plate and coil press device, main leveler with coil head shoveler, hydraulic strip accumulator, side guide, servo length fixer, pneumatic fast shear, conveyor belt, pneumatic sheet piling-up bracket, sheet output car, hydraulic system, and electrical control system. Our Sheet metal cut to length line machine has a fully digital length control system that ensures fast positioning with little error.
