Now our factory has one set high speed automatic slitting line in production for customer in Russia. This machine is designed to slit steel coil sheet with thickness from 0.3mm to 3.0mm, coil width maximun 1500mm. Slitting speed can be maximun 150m/min.
Fully automatically controlled by PLC control system, this slitting line machine is composed of loading car, decoiler, coil head guide, press and shoveling device, leveler, transport table, strip slignment device, slitting device, srap winder, pre-separator/tensioner, recoiler, unloading car,outer table, PLC control box, etc.
