We are loading one set of (0.3-3)x1600mm Steel Coil slitting line and one set of (0.3-3)x1600mm cut to length line machine to our Egypt customer on 7th, Jan, 2022.
This fully automatic high speed steel coil slitting line machine is composed of coil loading car, decoiler, coil-head straightening and shoveling device, leveler, side guide, slitting device, edge scrap reeler, pre-separator& tensionerr, recoiler, hydraulic system and electrical control system, etc.
The slitting line speed can reach 150m/min. The cut to length line is composed of coil preparing saddle, coil loading car, single mandral uncoiler with back tension, shoveling plate& coil press device, main leveler with coil-head shoveler, hydraulic strip accumulator, side, guide, 2+2 fine leveling servo feeder, pneumatic shear, coneyor belt, pneumatic sheet piling-up bracket, hydraulic system, and control system. This cut to length line max speed is 40m/min, about 12 pcs/ min for 2000mm length sheet.
